Dr. Souha Akiki is President and Founder of the Innovative Knowledge Institute and Paris Graduate School, and a distinguished academic leader with more than 30 years of experience in higher education. She has held senior director-level roles in administration and finance, combining institutional governance with academic vision. A natural communicator and motivator, Dr. Akiki is widely recognized for her leadership in academic development, strategic planning, and international education.
Throughout her career, Dr. Akiki has served as a strategic developer, academic director, author, and mentor, while actively teaching courses in Marketing, International Business, Entrepreneurship, and International Relations. Her work bridges academic theory and practical application, reflecting a deep commitment to innovation, sustainability, and global engagement in education. She is a specialist in education, with a particular focus on learning methodologies and institutional transformation.
Dr. Akiki holds two doctorates: one in International Relations, specializing in the challenges of brain-based learning, and another in Diplomacy and Artificial Intelligence. She also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her international standing is reflected in her participation as a UNESCO panelist on World Teachers’ Day (October 5, 2011).
An accomplished conference organizer, Dr. Akiki has led high-level forums on Middle East diplomacy, security and post-conflict reconstruction, sustainable development, the Sahel and Africa, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the future of education.
